This policy applies to information collected through CPHSG recruiting and hiring text messages, the Recruiting Text Consent page, and related SMS program records. It supplements any broader candidate, employment, or website privacy notice that may also apply.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the program, we may collect:

• Your name, mobile phone number, email address, and basic contact information.

• Job interests, preferred location, application details, and recruiting-stage information.

• Your SMS consent record, including the date, time, method, source page, and version of the disclosure presented to you.

• The content and history of messages exchanged with CPHSG recruiters or automated recruiting workflows.

• Messaging activity, such as sent, delivered, failed, HELP, STOP, and other opt-out events.

• Technical or website information collected when you submit an online form, such as the source URL and device or browser information when available.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you when you complete a recruiting form, submit an application, communicate with a recruiter, send us a text, or contact us for help. We may also receive limited technical and delivery information from our website, recruiting systems, messaging platform providers, mobile carriers, and related service providers.

4. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the SMS program to:

• Enroll you in and operate the recruiting text program you requested.

• Send job-opportunity alerts, application updates, recruiter follow-up, interview reminders, hiring and compliance task reminders, orientation information, onboarding updates, and candidate support.

• Respond to questions, confirm appointments, and help you complete recruiting steps.

• Maintain consent, HELP, opt-out, and suppression records.

• Protect the security and integrity of our systems, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot delivery issues.

• Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, carrier, and industry requirements.

• Analyze and improve the effectiveness of our recruiting communications and candidate experience.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the recruiting process and SMS program, including to:

• Messaging platform providers, mobile carriers, website hosts, applicant-tracking or recruiting systems, and other vendors that process information only to provide services to CPHSG.

• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or consultants who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

• Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

• A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable safeguards.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers used solely to operate, deliver, and support CPHSG messaging program. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records.

6. Choices and Controls

You may opt out of recruiting text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will also honor other clear requests such as “Please do not text me.”

You may submit an opt-out request outside the texting channel by calling 267.536.2020 or emailing hr@cphsecuritygroup.com. After opting out by text, you may receive one final confirmation message.

You may update your mobile number, contact information, or communication preferences by contacting us. Opting out of text messages does not prevent CPHSG from contacting you through other lawful and permitted channels about an active application or employment matter.

7. Data Retention

We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to document compliance, administer the program, resolve disputes, protect our rights, and meet legal or contractual requirements. Other candidate information is retained according to CPHSG record-retention practices and applicable law.

8. Protection of Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
